Return and Refund Policy
OVERVIEW
At Ladachi Kulfi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, we only exchange the product in case of damage during delivery. Once the product is delivered successfully to the customer, return or exchange will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Only exchange while delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
No Return after delivery, only exchange while delivery.
REFUNDS
No Refund.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- All types of Kulfi (unless defective or damaged).
